Yes, loans acquired through third-party platforms like LendingTree, CreditKarma, or Bankrate do not qualify. Additionally, refinances within six months of the last loan are excluded, as well as future second lien or home equity loans.
Can I share this benefit with someone else?
No, the program is exclusive to the original borrower and is not transferable.
Will I always qualify for future loans?
While the program waives origination fees, loan approval will still depend on meeting current requirements, including credit, income, and property evaluation.
Can the program change over time?
Yes, terms may be updated or revised based on legal changes or internal adjustments.
Terms and Conditions
Hightide Mortgage (“Hightide”) offers eligible customers (“Customers”) who have previously closed on or will close on a (i) residential mortgage loan for a primary residence, second home, or investment property; or (ii) a refinance loan with Hightide (the “Initial Loan”), a waiver of the origination fee (the “Fee”) associated with closing any future purchase or refinance loan (the “Subsequent Loan”) with Hightide (the “Offer”).
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or non-permanent resident (certain visa categories only).
Must have successfully closed on the Initial Loan with Hightide or will do so in the future.
Must apply directly through Hightide for the Subsequent Loan.
Must close on the Subsequent Loan at least six months after the Initial Loan closing date for refinances.
Exclusions and Limitations:
The Offer does not include loans secured through third-party platforms such as LendingTree, Bankrate, or CreditKarma.
Refinance loans closed within six months of the previous loan are not eligible.
Second lien or home equity loans are not included in the Offer.
The waiver does not apply to discount points or other third-party fees associated with the Subsequent Loan.
Modification and Termination:
Hightide reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Hightide Horizon Program at any time without prior notice.
Updates will be reflected in these terms and conditions.
Upon termination of the Offer, Customers will no longer be eligible for the origination fee waiver on future loans.
